[ THE OPENING ACT ]Ariya: One of the cities under the banner of Syirith. It is a truly awe-inspiring place of learning, gracefully hovering above the Aegis Sea. Right now, however; grace was not a word that very well defined the city of Ariya's flight. A violent storm had been stirring in the Aegis Sea below Ariya for quite some time. Its forceful wind currents threw the city into terrifyingly steep verticals and sharp horizontals. Thunder roared through the clouds, and lightning struck the earth, scarring its visage. Tornados clashed against earth, sending debris flying left, right, and center. A deep rumbling resonated from the ground -- a foreboding of catastrophic events as the a dormant volcano, Ivyrn, stirred in its sleep. The star-spangled night sky was rife with electrical energy; aurora borealis floating through its midst in a beautiful display of serene tranquility, doing battle with the horrors of nature, in an attempt to calm those residing upon the victim-city.
The only noises to rival the wrathful roaring of a planet enraged, were the panicked cries of lives innumerable. The frantic, rushed, footsteps of those whom ran to their families, or to their stations. It was war. WAR -- between the planet, and a select few of its inhabitants. "Everyone to their stations! Help those in need! The storm this time is a big one!" "My baby! Help my baby, PLEASE!" "Good lord, this is... I... How could a storm of this magnitude come out of thin air!? It makes no sence!" The bewildered ramblings, anguished cries, and authoritary commands had no end. Such a sight to behold was this, and being observed it very much was. Floating high above the city was a single being with eyes that burned the same brightness as the sun. A solitary ribbon of light, spawned by the aurora borealis, shone in an attempt to match the intensity in this persons eyes, all to no avail.
"My, oh my... Have these insignificants truly irritated you so? It's of no surprise to me. How you manage to deal with these beings, akin to lice amidst your hair, will forever be a mystery to me." Skin -- pale as un-disturbed, freshly settled, snow. Hair -- a dull blonde, akin to the night-time sands of a desert. This enigmatic being, seemingly male, wore not one, not two, but three hooded jackets. The first two were short sleeved, the inner-most of which was a dull pink, the one over it held a pale blue colour, both of which had their hoods up. The third hooded jacket was long sleeved. Its hood was kept down. It was a dark navy blue -- intricate white and grey patterns littered its surface. It was also the most lengthy, being more of a trench-coat; the bottom of it reaching the enigma's hamstrings. Beneath the trio of jackets, the (seemingly)male sported a short sleeved shirt of differing shades of green. The clothing which this person had chosen to wear upon its lower half were simple blue denim jeans. They were rather baggy; being held up by a belt. They were also tucked into a pair of military-grade combat boots.
Descent. The being swiftly began to fall, clothing fluttering as the force of the drop intensified. Just before contact with the roof of a building was made; the world around the hooded enigma seemed to catch it, gently lowering it to the surface of the roof-top. From here, the beings sight could pick up on everything that went on around itself. A three hundred and sixty degree field of vision in every direction, capable of picking up on things the human eye never could.
