Within Ziren vast arsenal of preternatural and learnt skills, none hold more weight, importance, and philosophical meaning than this one alone; Alchemy, the mixture of chemical algorithms and magical mysticisms. Though only the mentally inhibited see alchemy as the simple transmutation of one base metal into another. Alchemy is a spiritual discipline, a transmutation of one’s self into a higher state of being. Each correspond to a facet of society, planets, and the human consciousness and body. These metal spheres act in the place of organs, and if destroyed will cause serious injury or harm.
~Gold~ Dominated by the Sun, which provides energy and light to everything in the solar system. The Sun is our sense of self, our willpower, organizing ability, self integration, energy levels, vitality, and success. Gold corresponds to the heart, spinal column, vision, and distribution of heat in the body. The orb of Gold sits in Ziren body where the heart would be.

He is aware of the components of etheric bodies from the lowest class of plants and animals up to the highest class of deities and can manipulate, and may even destroy them with relative ease. There is no field in necromancy that this Unnatural has not mastered: from simple corpse divination and raising the dead to complete spiritual erasure, including the archaic forms of necromancy like blood and flesh arcana.
Umbramancy: The powers of darkness in general, including the shadows. It is more practical than necromancy in many ways and a favorite for dealing with lesser beings.
Abjuration: The magic of defense, barrier summoning, counter magics, and dispelling. Ziren is mildly proficient with abjurative defenses, and can generally understand its concept. This proficiency makes him akin to a fortress.
Alchemy: While not primarily a magic discipline, it is mystical all the same. Ziren understands the mixture of chemical combinations into a greater whole, and the complex algorithms associated with transmutation circles. Particularly simple transmutations can be made with speedy efficiency, and without need of a circle at all, while more complex transmutations(Such as turning a human into a boneless pile of flesh) will require far more complicated, lengthy circles.
