[Prologue | The Old City Of York: The Hand Of Fate. They Shall Smite Thee.]
Alistair stood there, on top of a building feeling the wind in his hair-he was waiting for a certain someone to arrive to the battleground, it seemed to be something similar to a ruined city of New York. A couple of miles away you could see a gigantic dust storm out on the horizon. He hadn't know what kind of building it was on however it had a good amount of motor gas-powered vehicles inside, and had many levels that seemed to be accessible through walking or driving one of the mysterious vehicles he found, he hadn't know what they were called but it didn't matter, he got around fine just walking. However he had seen a sign near the front of the building saying something about a 'Parking Deck'. You could also easily see into the building, had no furniture, windows, nothing. Alistair was seriously interested in these weird structures but none of the matter at the moment, he had a goal. And that was to defeat an enemy and get home."What is taking this person so long . . . ." Alistair was sitting on the top portion of this Parking Deck, it seemed to be made out of concrete and very very well reinforced, It was just surprised of astounding craftsmanship that was used to make this structure. But soon he sighed going back to his normal mindset, he needed to stay sharp-but at the same time not be too stressed about this, he needed to make sure to stay calm and level-headed overall. Alistair looked down to the ground, there were many things on there such as the vehicles, signs, metal, larger vehicles with a multitude of seats inside and no straps to keep them locked in, along with mysterious logs of wood planted into the ground with wires connecting each of the logs.Alistair stood a surprising 5'10, for most that might not be surprising-but for a Fae, that was an astonishing height to reach. He wore a type of pants that were of blue cloth, they went all the way to the top of his black running shoes, they were not too tight nor too lose. The pants and shoes were neither restricting, nor to free. Up top he wore a simple white t-shirt along the top where it folded there was a plain green tie. The second layer of shirt was a turtle neck that hid majority of his tie, you could only see one fourths of the tie really-at the bottom of the shit there were two parallel white lines leaving a red line down the middle going all the way around. Above was a blue colored jacket that was made out of cotton with golden buttons along one side and on the other were empty spaces to insert the buttons so that he could close the jacket-however for most of the time he had it unbuttoned so his turtleneck would show. His skin was a creamy pale color, his eyes were a glimmering golden along with chic black hair that had the messy look however did not get in his eyes, his bangs combed to the right.Alistair looked around seeing the sun-a big ball of fire-setting on the western horizon, he sighed looking around unsure of what to do, the setting that he was in was a very bleak place, it was boring . . . What else was there to say? " -sigh- . . Where the hell is this guy I am suppose to fight?"[Prologue END]

After what must have felt like an eternity of silence and waiting, it was shattered by the sensual growl of a car engine revving and groaning. If one looked to the source of the sound, they'd see a sleek black Jaguar, windows tinted blacker than black, rolling up onto the top floor of the parking lot. The fading fire of the Sun reflected sheekly off of the doors glossy surface as it opened, presenting a shiny black shoe, and then, the rest of a man.
He wore a suit, black with white trim, and a tie a particular hue of crimson that brought a single thing to mind; Blood. He slammed the door shut with a thud, and tapped the face of his watch twice, an effervescent glow illuminating from its complex face. He reached into his pocket, fumbling around for something until he found it, and brought out a pack of cigarettes, and then a lighter.
He puffed once, then looked to the other man, his back pressed against the side of the car.
"So, you the guy?"

[Chapter 1 | Th Old City Of York: The Man In The Car.]
Alistair had seen the male pull up in the car however he had no paid him too much attention, why should he? In the end one of these two would be dead or inches away from death and Alistair did not have a lot of experience, he might end up getting his ass kicked, but that doesn't mean he can't try, right?
Sooner or later he sighed and turned around standing up, on his hands were revealed, two gauntlets. There was a big back story about them but who cared about that? like seriously? Go pick up a god damn history book if you wanted to learn about them, they would be in there somewhere.... possibly... maybe... not.
Alistair saw as he pulled out some smokes and lit them. He simply nodded and replied.
"Yeah that's me."
