All of Syirith gathers to Osceaux for the fifth annual celebration of High Council Day!
The UniHouse has finished its upgrade and construction and is now the Maison!
Please come and enjoy dancing, fireworks, food, entertainment, and special appearances from:

Things To Note About This Roleplay:
Osceaux is an underwater city covered in advanced, protective runes. Most if not all creatures of Nu Guardia are able to breathe freely in the environment without use any extra materials.
The most common means of transportation are the constant whirlpools that lead down into the city.
Due to the majority of this role play being under water, players are expected to move slower than they do on land unless they have abilities or materials that allow them to do otherwise. (This effect is mostly for combat purposes)
Syirith is prone to volcanic activity, earthquakes, tsunamis, and other natural disasters.
