Bio-
Born from a family of rich bums that don't really do anything,they claim the boy was the one that had the same kind of structure as his great ancestor.They thought this mostly because of the boys strange birth mark but as he grew his hair and face looked identical to his ancestor.The boy lived with his big rich family until he was about 6 being dropped off in the woods to fend for him-self.He was also given a selection of swords although all of them were fairly heavy for a six year old,he had to use what was given to him to survive.As he aged to his current age he was now able to carry a 250lb sword and swing it with no problem,the kid meet some people that taught him about chakra and gave him more tools to use.The kid was forced to kill them after they tried to kill him,hired by his family the kid has had to kill thousands of people this way.Later on he met up with real friends that farther taught him how to use his skills he sticks with these friends to this date.One year Passes, The kid is now stronger then he has ever been due to him training by him-self for a whole year in the mountains.He has learned to fight with his fist so he is not totally depended on his swords,Showing off some of his moves even before the time-skip.

After slashing them, Tactic's opponent then bursts into flames from where they were slashed.This move can also be powered up by his fire style
Nittoryu: This style was invented by a famous swordsman back in the pirate age,The kid learned this style from reading books on this subject and form of technique shortly after he obtained his sword flash. As soon as he got his new sword Saphire he was able to use this
Hawk Wave:While airborne, creates a powerful gust of wind to knock opponents over, the kid can also do this on the ground
Dual Sword-Gliding Phoenix: Holding his two swords horizontally above the shoulder, Tactics then performs a circular swing that launches two air compressed projectiles spiraling towards the target instead of one, making it twice as powerful. Sometimes can be in the shape of drill's matters how much force he puts into it
Dual Sword- Phantom Lion:From a long distance away from his opponent, Tactics Does a similar movement like hes doing Lion strike. Placing the sheathed swords upright and listening to the wind, the kid rapidly unsheathes, attacks, and re sheathes his sword. Slicing the enemy in a large enough cuts to take down a tower,This move takes a lot out of the kid and can only be used as a long ranged attack.
Rhino Rampage:Tactics holds his swords in front of him pointing up, like rhinoceros horns, and spins quickly, currently cutting everything surrounding him in a 7 foot radios
Crashing Rampage: Tactics holds his swords in front of him pointing up, like rhinoceros horns, and spins quickly around about 20 times in a short time period, currently cutting everything surrounding him in a 7 foot radios and whipping up the wind
Santoryu: This style was invented by a famous swordsman back in the pirate age,The kid learned this style from reading books on this subject and form of technique shortly after he obtained his sword Liliana,this is also the reason he was able to hold a blade in his mouth against Kuroro. He Used one move to break Eon's armor
Oni Giri: A three-way simultaneous slashing attack. Tactics crosses his two swords across his chest and places the blade in his mouth horizontally behind them.Tactics then approaches the target (usually at high speed) and cuts through by swinging the swords across his chest, resulting in a descending diagonal-crossing slash from both swords while the mouth blade performs a horizontal cut from either the left or right, depending on which side of his mouth he positioned the sword's main blade.

Triple Sword-Soaring Phoenix:Holding his two swords horizontally above the shoulder and the other in his mouth in the same direction, and then performs a circular swing that launches three air compressed projectiles spiraling towards the target instead of one or two, tripling the power of the technique, but with Shusui, the air compressed projectiles instead fuse and become a larger and more powerful, compressed air projectile.This attack can vary either create 3 Projectiles, One Giant drill Shaped Air projectile, A grounded Version of a cyclone or A super large Projectile .
