Culture:
High Grounds:Under the water’s surface, the counties’ clusters of civilization are titled the HighGrounds due to the area’s amount of importance. Not only do the High Council members reside and hold all special events in the HighGrounds, but it also holds the lagest deposits of Iltra, throughout the entire country. Smaller factors include the birthplaces and homes of famous explorers, musicians, and historians such as Liam Sparrow Sr.
Lowe Grounds:
Made a few centuries after the formation of the High Council, the Lowe Grounds were Syirith’s first steps into expanding their territory. All cities are powered by raw magic and Iltra their center which allows them to be suspended in the air. The Lowe Grounds are usually the go-to places for middle-class families and intellectuals, as they are usually drawn to the more rational architecture that contrasts from the grandeur of the High Grounds, and the popular Magic Schools.
Geography and Ridiculous Weather:
Syirith is a large archipelago primarily located in the eastern hemisphere of Nu-Guardia, with the exception of a few straggling islets that settle near the west. It lays a few hundred miles of of Telaris, and rests in the Aegis and Archaic Seas. Most of the islands that the country consists of are underwater establishments, but there are a handful of areas that are above sea level and even float in the sky.
This country is infamous for its unpredictable weather. The LoweGrounds has frequent tornadoes and thunderstorms while the High Grounds have massive flooding and reoccurring shifts on the techtonic plates near the underwater islets. Although in other countries this dubious weather could lead to disaster, Syirith has become well accustomed and has even begun to use the weather to their advantage (See Magic and Technology).
