Logan Young
Just Your Average Joe
Name: Logan
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Ethnicity: White
Appearance: He isn’t anything special. He has slightly long brown hair that tends to be greasy no matter how many times he showers that day. He has dark brown eyes and a relatively unblemished face, with the exception of a multitude of acne on his forehead. He almost always wears T-shirts with random letters or brand names on them, nothing ever signifying him or his personality. He usually wears jeans, ripped at the knees, and sneakers.
Personality: On the outside, he’s a very outgoing person. He tends to be the popular kid in school due to his overall social ability, and can be generally described as a perverted pig who would tap any ass that looks good to him. That’s what people think when they see the outside. But, so many things about his life changed him. The untimely death of a good portion of his family and the abuse he had taken as a child, as well as frankly having no parents that give a shit, this caused him to grow a thick shell around him. It only grew thicker as he was consistently betrayed and cheated, leaving him without any trust for any being. If one were to get within his outer shell they would see how hurt and how sensitive he is. But, nobody has managed to in a long time. He is dedicated, and will do absolutely anything for his three siblings that mean the absolute world to him.
Powers: There is not any spectacular powers that he has. Frankly, he doesn’t even like to run around much, and yet he still manages to be agile and rather thin for the small amount of exercise he commits to. His real power is the power to make friends with even the most notorious of enemys, and the vast ability of persuasion and lying. It’s almost like he’s hypnotic, persuading people to do generally anything he wants due to his charm and convincing language.
Bio: Born Logan Young, he normally doesn’t like when that last name is mentioned. His first few years of life weren’t terrible, and when his brother was born, everything seemed relatively okay. That is, until his beloved father died of drug overdose that was fairly common at that time. It was a rather untimely death, seeing as he was only the ripe age of 22 years old. The next thing the family knew, Logan’s grandfather died 3 months later. Then, his aunt’s fiancée. Then on top of that, his then 2 year old brother was afflicted with a stroke, and lost his kidneys, resulting in him having to get a transplant. That brother would go through much more hell than Logan can ever dream of, seizures, transplants, abuse and autism to boot.
A few years after his father’s death, Logan’s mother met another man. At first, he seemed like a stand up guy. Until he started to abuse Logan’s mother, and eventually begin to abuse Logan and his brother, who were too small and frightened to tell anybody of it. After that, they were moved, the 4 person family now living in a new town, near none of the other family. Logan was lost. His mother was turning to drinking and drugs as her boyfriend abused him, and his three siblings. Another girl and boy had been born during their time together. Of course, he was forced to watch all three children 24/7 while the two “parents” became drunken messes, and he virtually was their father from the ripe age of 9 to 13 years old.
That was when Child Protective Services stepped in, taking all of the children away. At first, Logan’s mother split with the boyfriend. But not too far into their time in the system, they were right back together. As for the children, they were flung from their grandmother, to aunt, to a foster home that had parents that took care of them for a year. Logan didn’t have to take care of the children anymore, but he was still frightened beyond belief for them due to the instinctive parental responsibility. As his mother and her boyfriend continued to pop pills and drink and smoke pot, they were going down hill, indicating that there was absolutely nothing that would make them stop what they were doing.
So he ran away.
He ran away with three of his siblings. His 2 year old baby brother, his 6 year old sister and 11 year old autistic brother. He would steal, and plunder for the money to pay for their medical bills, for their food, for everything. It wasn’t until he saw the place of Nu-Guardia, that he realized he could potentially work and get the money himself. Nu-Guardia gave him hope. It made him truly believe that maybe things weren’t going to be that bad. So he took his siblings, and went.
