I gave it a look, and here is what I think:

I know you are from chatango where power standards are different, and where a lot of things are just acceptable, but here we operate just a tad different. While we don't force you to abide by our Norms(Norms are not so much laws as they are day-to-day common rules of life), but we try not to have multi-faceted characters or characters who are overdeveloped. Your character has proficiency in a lot of areas at little to no cost, or have no setback. We are trying to establish a fun community focused more on plot and development than just poofing with all these great abilities(I did it, so I ain't throwin' salt)but at least some things should be legitimately earned/learned. We aren't going to force you to change it, but just know that the people abiding by the standard norms just may not want to participate with that particular character. Then again, on the other hand, they could want to rp with him even more.

I am from Chatango, this is only my 3rd (two of them pretty brief) visit to a Thread-based RP community - so I'll be pretty sloppy until I learn the Do's and Dont's, so I appreciate anything you have to offer.

Otenta was a character I established way back and used him in another Forum - so I can see how me starting out with the Five magic branches is a little unfair, so I'll probably do something about that. As for proficiency at little to no cost with not setbacks - I don't quite understand. Rephrase for me please?
